How can I get the best results?

Please follow tips below and learn usage of our AI by uploading photos more than 10 times.
Here are our knowledge.
- images must contains subject's face
- photos from the front are better (i.e. photos from the side or back are not good, hidden nipple facing straight toward camera)
- less clothing (thin and tight fit) is better
- a target standing up straight is better
- a target whose arms or legs are not crossed over is better
- images that are not zoom out too much are better (AIs are tend to be bad at recognizing tiny objects)
- images containing a whole body are better
- natural images are better (less noise, no image filter, not use other AI-tool)
We recommend beginners to learn what photos would work well by using the HOPE ticket.
In the HOPE ticket, you can upload photos indefinitely under some restrictions.
It is also recommended to search nudification artworks generated by our AI so that you learn from other's work.
How can I get more clear image ?

There are several ways to improve image resolution.
- using premium feature (DeepSukebe v2.0+)
- using 3rd party enhancement software
With premium feature, you can use enhancement option (default to on).
This works in two ways.
- making image more clear and less blurry
- correcting prediction errors of nudification AI (position, shape, color, noise)
How can I get back quota used for poor result ?

The redemption feature is only available for premium users (only for the image generated by using ticket quota).
This is to mitigate server overloading.
The AI workloads is the most computational expensive unlike ordinary apps.
Especially creative AI like ours is more expensive than popular classification AI apps (tagging, translation, etc).
Without the restriction, our server will go down.

Why watermark is added to picture ?

We are so sorry that our system detected you as Bot/VPN/Proxy.
We have recently introduced the feature of putting watermark on image generated by free quota when detecting unusual activity.
In short, this is to save servers and users from the bot activity.
We have already been defeated by the bot.
Like all internet is so, because of only handful of evil people, all the other people have to pay for the cost.
Why prohibit using BOT/VPN/Proxy :
These days, the more and more bot aticitivty becomes sophisticate and intense.
Only one user or organization uploaded incredibly lots of photos.
That made our server unstable sometimes.
If we do not take any measures, they will shut off all other users from enjoying our AI.
Nudification AI is the most computationally expensive and has severe supply limit.
That is the reason we impose restrictions on users such as timer or quota.
Our actions :
We have tried to detect and eliminate only bot activity as possible so far.
This is the reason we have recently changed detection system.
And some users may experienced unpleasant site errors or restrictions (CRLF XXX errors).
But, As their activity becomes more and more sophisticated, it is difficult to accurately detect such activity.
At the same time, the bot prevention is draining non negligible amounts of our time.
That is some of the reason that currently our tasks are substantially delayed and there are no new features or AI update past months.
Therefore, we have made destructive decision to put watermark to cut incentive for bot activity.

Cannot save nudified photo

Some users have reported that they are unable to download or save photo after nudification.
We are guessing that browser, its add-ons, or 3rd party apps has interrupted.
Also, please tune your device settings on Asset page.
You can test downloading and saving.

Modern website is unable to remove or access user file storage.
As for incognito mode,
Some browsers set temporary folder as download folder.

Also, there are cases that download folder may be different from the one in normal mode.
Cannot access / ISP access restriction

The countries that users have reported so far are Korea, Brazil, Greece.
The only way to bypass that is to use VPN or proxy.
We plan to allow VPN/Proxy usage for all users in future.

Why images are cropped unintentionally ?

This may happen when background color of images is black (0,0,0).
So you can prevent unintended cropping by tuning background color a bit.
Our servers treat black background as empty space.
This is needed to introduce the editing feature by canvas.
A RGBA image is too big and cause uploading errors.
Privacy
Can anyone see my pictures ?
Your pictures is hidden basically.
Unless you explicitly share direct link URLs of the pictures.
And pictures user uploaded cannot be searched by search engine or some other robot/program.
We will deny such access.
How can I delete pictures ?

You can delete pictures on Asset page after nudification succeed
Additionally, our server automatically delete pictures user uploaded after some time.
we are still considering what is best for users with respect to automatic deletion time.
This has two reasons.
For one, to give users chance to retrieve their assets if they could not in case of accidents such as server error.
For two, we think it is convenient that users are able to compare assets derived from same pictures.
Here are our deletion system.
- all user can delete images instantly
- free user cannot delete images after leaving asset page
- free user's image will be automatically deleted within a few days (1 day or so)
- premium user can delete image anytime
- system check deletion failure and retry every 30 minutes
To confirm deletion, please make sure to clear browser cache.
After that, you will see the failure message when downloading an asset.
The message means the asset does not exist in any of our servers.
Please be assured that we have no incentive to betray users.

Auto deletion flag will be automatically sat for all generated images at the same time of uploading server.

You need to buy another one after using up.
Could I buy lifetime membership or unlimited plan ?
You cannot buy lifetime membership.
There are many reasons why we cannot provide such product.
Some of that are :
- to make server stable

It is also difficult to provide unlimited plan for same reasons.
Still, there is possibility to launch the plan under some restrictions.
For example, only 3 hour or only certain timezone.

This is to minimize the risk of payment accidents such as underpayment or overpayment by users.
Users tend to make a mistake because payments by Cryptocurrency need manual input by users and each of Cryptocurrency wallets is different in their UI.
Cryptocurrency transaction fee may cause underpayment and local currency conversion cause either underpayment or overpayment.

By doing so, they are also causing a lot of false positive filtering, which harassing developers.

We limit the number of outgoing emails in a certain period of time.
If you request too many order emails, you would be restricted.
You just need to wait.
[Temporary server problems]
In rare occasions, our servers have issues.
You just need to wait until the servers are back to normal (1 day or so).

Some exchange require users to submit information regarding recipients of crypto payment.

What should I do when overpayment ?
Please be assured that ticket email will be sent to you.
Also, overpaid amount will be converted to ticket quota using same pricing rate of the ticket.
Our system will issue ticket except for underpayment.

As for refunding, it is basically difficult because cost (time and transaction fee) easily exceeds the overpaid amounts.

I made a payment but payment not detected (No Payment / Expired Payment)

Possible reasons are :
- the problem of provider of your wallet/exchange (they have not sent your Crypto to us yet despite of accepting your order)
- your transaction needs lot of time due to its complexity (including multiple currency conversion)
This type of problem occurs several times in a day.
Only way we can do is to wait until your wallet or provider proceed the order.
Once your provider proceed your order, your payments are detected by the 3rd party.
And ticket will be issued without problems.
Normally, such payment were detected after several hours later from payment initiation (days later for rare case).
You can validate our claim by checking on raw blockchain information.
Coinbase and We just check on blockchain information to confirm your payment.

Please note that neither side can cheat the confirmation process of payment.

How to resolve invalid address or insufficient funds errors when sending Crypto (BTC or LTC) ?

Please check again the cryptocurrency you want to pay with.
A possible reason is Crypto currency mismatch. You need to use the mainnet or native crypto. In Ethereum, Binance or any other PoS blockchain, there are same cryptocurrencies as BTC or LTC, which are not native ones.
Another reason is that you are using a crypto wallet that is incompatible with different type of addresses. This may happens when using crypto exchange wallets.
In this case, you need to transfer your funds to a new type of wallet (Compatible with Native Segwit/BECH32)
In case of that you are using exchange wallets, you may be perplexed by the travel rule.

Please be assured that you can safely cancel orders many times, without any penalty.

Which network should I use to send Cryptocurrency ?

If you are unsure, give a try with TRIAL plan.
TRIAL plan is safer way to validate payment procedure.
Never use non-standard network such as Binance Chain (BEP, BSC) or any other smart contract (ERC, etc) to send your payment.
Because your payment will not be detected by Coinbase.
In most Crypto providers, users do not need to care about that because they use standard network as default and it is the only option.

You need to get 1 payment confirmation at least to receive your ticket.
When payment complete and e-mail not arrive, please type and send Payment ID(Order Number) from the form below.
Then, We resend e-mail containing ticket information you bought.
You can check Payment ID(Order Number) in payment processor`s page after you complete payment.
NOTE: Please confirm your email address is correct and could receive email normally.
Possible reasons for errors are :
- wrong email address

The reason is that our system manage each ticket separately.
In other words, our system cannot sum up remaining quota over all tickets even if you buy tickets with same email address.
You can activate one ticket at a time per one device or browser.
So, we recommend using up one ticket before buying new one.
Why I could not receive quota as expected?

This will happen only when you do not follow the predefined payment rules or procedure and cause erroneous payments.
In that case, you will not receive ticket/quota with the discounted price and higher price per quota will be applied to your order.
More than 99% users have been paying and receiving tickets without any problems.
We cannot provide any support to you because the rules is explicit, fair and generous.

This is because of technical limitation of cryptocurrency.
Refunding is not easy as Credit Card or PayPal and very costly.
We will contact you if we think it necessary to refund because we periodically monitor payments problem.
In that case, we will refund with crypto or ticket quota.
In case of refunding with crypto,
We will refund your payment over 2 times because we need to confirm recipient address is correct one.
This procedure is very costly regarding both time and money (crypto transaction cost).

To mitigate the risk of loosing your quota, we recommend uploading your target photos in free mode at first before using your quota in premium mode so that you can check that our AI is likely to work well with that photos. (Please take care of using the same setting of canvas and AI.)
This is current technical limitation.
Perceptual quality evaluation for images is current research frontier in AI industry.
No matter how easy it is for human, it is very difficult to make scoring AI as good as human perception.
We plan to improve the automatic redemption system so that users can get back a quota for a poor quality result by improving scoring AI.
We will work on the task at the same time of the update of nudification AI.
I want to use HOPE mode

Please buy a HOPE ticket.
The hope mode is only available in HOPE tickets.
HOPE mode needs dedicated quota, which is different from quota in other tickets.
Also, the redemption feature is not available because the hope mode allows manual quality check by you, which is more powereful than the redemption feature in which quality check is done automatically by the scoring AI.
How can I reduce intensity of HOPE mode filter/masking ?

You need to consume a quota to reset masking level by HOPE mode.
In HOPE mode, masking level will increase gradually from very transparent one to foggy one.

How can I use recover deleted assets ?

Anyone cannot recover any deleted photos.
We clearly describe that we respect user privacy and never hold user assets hiddenly in the QA page and many dialog messages.
Instead, you can upload same photos again.
You would be able to generate same or better results because our AI do not have much randomness and we keep improving the AI while ensuring its quality do not degrade.

My Referral status is lost
Please type and send your Referral Recovery Key from below form.
Then, you can recover status if it is correct one.

I invited friends but cannot use quota
Please check new record is added to the Referral History of Status Page.
To get latest status, you may need to press update button manually at the bottom of Status Page.
Then, If your nudifier quota is not added on top section of Status Page, you need to sync with our server.
Please type and send your Referral Recovery Key from below form.
After status recovery, go to Status Page again and update status.
In this time, you would see nudifier quota is added.
Quota shows zero even after invite friends. Why ?
Please check new record is added to the Referral History of Status Page
To get quota, your friends must be totally new user for our site.
Still, we cannot identify users with perfect accuracy because we do not collect sensitive information such as phone number or passport.
So, there is possibility that your friend is actually new user but cannot get quota.
Currently, our referral system is on a first-come-first-served basis.
In case that Referral History shows you successfully invited friends,
You have already used up all quota you got through referral program.
The value of remaining quota show on top of status page will decrease when used.
In our investigation, all user who inquired about zero quota had already used up all quota.

In short, the AI is the most computationally expensive and it is difficult to increase server capacity.
Smart Phone, Laptop and most Desktop PC cannot even run the AI without expensive servers.

The reasons are :
- no capacity to develop and support offline version in addition to our site
- to prevent Intellectual property theft
- to make progress on men's dream
If we make offline version, our IP will be stolen in a week.
